We currently ship to major cities and towns across India. If you're unsure about delivery to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

• Plants: Delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location and availability.

• Pots & Accessories: Usually shipped within 2–5 business days.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected events, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

We use eco-friendly, shock-resistant packaging designed specifically for delicate plants and ceramic pots. Each order is hand-packed with care to ensure it arrives fresh and damage-free.

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999

• A standard shipping fee of ₹79–₹149 may apply to smaller orders, depending on weight and location

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
