Live Plants Policy
Because plants are perishable and sensitive to environmental changes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants, unless:

The plant arrives damaged or dead

You receive the wrong plant from what you ordered
Important: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the plant and packaging.
