At Oasis Stretch, your satisfaction is important to us. While we take great care in delivering quality plants and products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Live Plants Policy

Because plants are perishable and sensitive to environmental changes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants, unless:

  • The plant arrives damaged or dead

  • You receive the wrong plant from what you ordered

Important: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the plant and packaging.

Pots, Tools & Accessories

We accept returns or replacements for non-living items (like pots, tools, or accessories) if:

  • The item is damaged during transit

  • You receive the wrong product

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Process

If your request is approved, your refund will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Completed within 5-7 business days

If the item needs to be returned, it must be sent back in its original packaging 

and unused condition.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Live plants (except for damage or wrong item)

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Items returned without proper evidence or late requests
